Probate Court Clerk: Saluda County is accepting applications for Probate Court Clerk.  Duties include but are not limited to providing assistance in Probate Court functions and in directing and managing operations and activities such as providing assistance to Judge and families in the administration of estates, guardianships and conservators; scheduling hearings; serving as Court Reporter; preparing reports and records; maintaining files; and performing other general clerical duties. High school diploma with concentration in business courses and one year of experience in the legal processes of courts, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid SC driver’s license.  A detailed job description is available at the Probate Court office.  Applications along with resume and a ten year driving record may be submitted to Judge of Probate Brenda S. Griffith, Saluda County Courthouse Saluda, S.C. Position is open until filled. EOE
