Magistrate Court Clerk: Saluda County is accepting applications for Magistrate Court Clerk.  Duties include but are not limited to performing various duties in providing assistance to the Magistrates including processing traffic tickets, processing civil cases, responding to complaints, answering telephone, receipting payments, maintaining records, preparing reports and issuing various civil papers. High school diploma is required with one to two years of experience in computer skills and data processing, or any equivalent combination of education and experience and must possess a valid SC driver’s license. A detailed job description is available at the Magistrates’ office.  Applications along with resume and a ten year driving record may be submitted to Chief Magistrate Joyce Shults, Magistrates’ Office, 108 Rudolph Street Saluda, S.C.
